What happens if I stop paying?

Every moment you have already sealed is still delivered, on the date you chose. Cancelling ends the plan, not the promise — what stops is scheduling NEW moments beyond the free horizon. This is the answer that matters most on this page, so it is the first one.

What is a Light Token?

The unit a memorial moment costs to send. Two things set the price: how far into the future it travels, and how heavy it is. A short note two years out costs a few tokens; a long video twenty years out costs many, because we are holding it — and paying to hold it — for twenty years.

Can I buy tokens without a plan?

Yes. A pack works on any account and does not expire. It adds tokens and nothing else: how far a moment can travel is decided by your plan, not your balance. The same pack reaches two years on a free account and twenty on the top plan.

What happens to my videos?

They go into private storage, encrypted at rest, on infrastructure that keeps redundant copies in more than one place. Delivery is retried with a widening gap between attempts, and if it still cannot land a person is alerted rather than the failure being swallowed. A yearly integrity check and a full archive export are both planned and not built yet, so they are marked as coming on the plans above rather than counted among what you get today.

Can I cancel?

Any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and every moment sealed under it is still delivered afterwards. Deleting your account does not delete a sealed moment either — it was a promise made to someone else, and it is not ours to take back.
